Rough outline for cob house construction

Phase I - Design of entire structure
       A. Determine materials (cob, concrete, wood beams, etc.)
       B. Determine mechanical systems (solar, PAHS, geo-thermal, infloor radiant heating)

Phase II - Find suitable property

Phase III - Build In-law/Guest quarters (to house us during the build out of the rest of the structure)  Cargo containers would be ideal.
